The LCR-1500 rotating vat and bin washer is specifically designed for the sanitization of vats and big boxes in continuous 360o rotation. Once the vat is loaded at floor level into the equipment, vats rotate 360o inside the cabinet. Allowing vats to be washed and disinfected on all sides, according to the chosen washing program. The LCR-1500 can be configured with separate loading and unloading doors, allowing the entire process to be fully automated with accumulation systems and/or stacking / destacking. This washing cabinet can be installed in a pit or on floor level, according to the needs of each client and sector. LCR-1500 can also be adapted to wash 200L/300L bins.

    The ZRFS series of rotary meat strip cutters are manufactured in stainless steel with food approved conveyor belts, with knife spacing pre-set to the required strip thickness and have the following features.

    • Knife unit and infeed conveyor driven by combined fixed speed drive
    • Separate drive on outfeed conveyor
    • Quick release system on conveyor belts for ease of cleaning
    • Mobile on fixed or swivel, lockable wheels

    The ZRFS rotary meat strip cutters maintain the natural shape of the product with a uniform thickness allowing more effective cooking time with good presentation.

    The meatball formers are designed to form a variety of round products.

    With two easy adjustments, an operator can change either the diameter or the shape of the extruded meatball or croquette. Forms round meatballs with no dies or forming plates.

    The meatball mixture is placed in the hopper, where it is automatically fed to the feed auger and horn. The product is then portioned at the diaphragm assembly and shaped into balls or croquettes.
