Commissioning and start up will normally be part of the purchase package; this includes training of operators, maintenance staff and hygiene personnel.

All of our equipment is covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, backed up with ongoing technical telephone support.
Our fully equipped vehicle is on hand to respond to your call out in the case of a breakdown, or to visit you on a regular maintenance contract. Tailor made contracts are available dependent upon machine numbers and location; please contact us for a quotation.
All contract customers receive a 10% discount on all spare parts and benefit from reduced call out rates outside of the contract.
Spare parts for Blentech, Bridge, Gunther, Magurit, Omet, Pujolas and Zentjes equipment can be ordered from our offices in Kent, we offer a fast and efficient service with the majority of parts available for next day delivery if ordered by 12:00pm
(When ordering spares it would be helpful if you had the model, serial number and part number you require to hand, which can be found in your manual.)
If you have an older machine, or have recently purchased a second hand machine, we will be happy to call on you for a free inspection and give you a report on the condition of the machine and issue you with a recommendation for any work required to bring the equipment back to optimum condition.
