Thermoformers
For over fifteen years at Tecnovac we have been developing and building thermoforming machines made-to-measure for all packaging needs. The design always starts on a blank sheet where the customer is free to explain what they want in terms of package, hourly output and applied packaging technology.
With a handful of clear input elements, in a very short amount of time we are able propose our best solution; taking into account every requested customisation that larger international competitor cannot accommodate.
Accordingly customers will always get a unique machine based on their specifications; they are therefore not required to make compromises to adapt their ideas to pre-defined models.
We build professional thermoforming machines using only the best parts available on the market. For this reason, over the years we have decided not to offer smaller “entry-level” models which compromise reliability and quality to lower the price positioning.
Technology
Each of our thermoforming machines are built with a heavy duty made-to-measure steel frame that the various stations are anchored to. The forming and sealing chambers are strictly aluminium made from a solid piece, they are handled by electric or pneumatic systems and supported by study oversized leveraging mechanisms.
We create machines for flexible, semi-rigid or rigid base film up to 900μm. Each package is completely customisable in terms of size and shape.
Packaging can be involve sealing only, vacuum, modified atmosphere, skin and skin protruding.
In-house we manufacture cross and length-wise cutting systems for flexible or rigid film, as well as cutting in shapes for maximum package customisation.

Given the high customisation of each one of our projects, we prefer grouping our machines by general categories based on size.

Chamber Machines
The history of Tecnovac in a machine. To this day, in a few Italian trade shops you can still find a few of the first chamber models for vacuum packaging in operation.
these are the machines that the company was founded on and what made its name known over the years to countless customers in Italy and abroad.
They are distinguished by extreme reliability and longevity, provided by the parts and by the prime materials. Its simple interface and easy maintenance make it the best choice for most users
All of the machines can be equipped with the gas circuit for packaging in modified atmosphere.
Fill-Seal Machines
These machines, completely customisable, were developed to dose cream, yogurt, ice cream, soup, sauce and thick products inside packages such as jars, cups, buckets or simple trays, before being sealed or lidded; all fully automatically.
Customisable configuration makes it possible to choose various processing stations, such as destackers, sanitising, dosing, vibrators, sealing stations, lidding machines, printers, removal with realignment, integrations with robot and every kind of pick-and-place.
These are professional machines that produce 1,000 to 15,000 pieces/hour based on the requested configuration.
The packages can be heat-sealed by pre-cut aluminium discs or by film reels; in the latter case it is also possible to package in modified atmosphere or vacuum package.
