Gunther’s Nitrogen Coating Tumbler Model GPC 600 – 12000 C N2 range of coating tumblers have a maximum capacity of 150 – 3000Kg (depending on model and product) and have the following standard features:
- All stainless steel
- Open nitrogen system, movable on sledge
- Coating lance and nitrogen lance with lance heating
- Stainless steel double-membrane pump
- Programmable cooling and coating interval
- Three point floating drum supported on heavy duty rubber wheels with separate drive
- Two door version: 1 loading door, 1 unloading door
- Infinitely variable 0.5 – 10 rpm drum speed
- Integrated vacuum system with water separator
- Touch screen controls with 99 programs
- USB printer port, network and RS 232 interfaces
