Sp Brine Mixer
Foodconcept’s brine mixers from the SP series, are advanced machines enabling efficient and quick preparation, mixing and dosing of marinades/ brines, even those with the most complex recipes. They are designed for the production and storage of brines used for injection or other curing processes.
Thanks to the use of a professional SP series mixer, all components (solid and liquid substances) are thoroughly combined. The mixer has a double homogenizing head. The double mixing system consisting of a mechanical mixer and a Venturi pump. Optionally, it can be equipped with a homogenizing head. The double mixing system guarantees quick and effective preparation of a homogenous brine. The use of an efficient centrifugal pump forcing the liquid circulation allows the ejector to effectively suck the solid substance into the liquid in the tank.
The mixer has a conical bottom that allows for complete emptying of the brine and pumping it to a buffer tank or another machine in the technological line.
The possibility of using a version with a cooling system and PLC allows for full control of the brine preparation process. The entire process of preparing and mixing the brine takes place at the appropriate temperature, allowing for quick preparation of stable and, homogenous brine solutions at temperatures ideal for conducting the injection process. The use of a pillow-plate jacket ensures effective heat exchange and makes the cooling system more efficient and economical.
