The Zentjes RMP series of flatteners for meat and poultry are manufactured in stainless steel with food approved conveyor belts, with varying belt profiles being available to suit each application and have the following features.
- Independent drives to upper and lower conveyor
- Easy and accurate adjustment for product thickness
- Mobile on fixed or swivel, lockable wheels
- Belt opening system for cleaning access
- Quick release mechanism for belt removal
The Zentjes RMP flattener gives increased surface area, uniform shape and an increase in product tenderness.
