The Gunther PI 9 –PI17 is an automatic pickle injector has been designed for the small to medium sized producer wishing to process both bone-in and boneless product and contains the following features:
- Stainless Steel construction
- Direct drive positioned above the injection area
- Adjustable conveyor belt advance
- Polyethylene belt completely removable for cleaning
- Brine feed direct to needles, eliminating hoses
- Linearic spring loading of single needles completely contained in needle block
- Mechanical needle head stop brake
- Quick change needle system
- Brine pre filter system
- Stainless steel impellor pump
