The Bridge Cross Tenderiser is engineered to provide three tenderising cuts on one machine. The solid cut portion of meat is conveyed on a multi-speed stainless steel belt. After the first set of tenderising knives, the meat is automatically turned and then passes through the second set of knives, turning again before passing through the final knife set. All three knife sets are capable of being individually adjusted for cut depth, while the conveyor speeds are variable to keep pace with downstream equipment. This machine eliminates the expensive labour costs and product handling required by manual single cut machines. Available with 12” belt width and height adjustable legs to fit into a continuous production line facility.
