The extraordinary BT-008, the Goliath of the Titan® Series Meatball Formers, is meticulously designed to form home style, gourmet meatballs. With a quick and simple adjustment, this incredible machine can create a variety of multiple weight and shape options. Its “camera iris” design produces a meatball with superior bite and texture without requiring the use of expensive molding plates or a vacuum forming operation. With its remarkable optional multi-outlet attachments, this former can boost your production while providing the higher quality meatball your customers demand.
The meatball formers are designed to form a variety of round products.
With two easy adjustments, an operator can change either the diameter or the shape of the extruded meatball or croquette. Forms round meatballs with no dies or forming plates.
Ideal for meatballs, dough, potatoes, seafood and other manufactured food items.
The meatball mixture is placed in the hopper, where it is automatically fed to the feed auger and horn. The product is then portioned at the diaphragm assembly and shaped into balls or croquettes.
