Chilled, fresh or cooked materials are continuously carried forward by the 370mm wide transport belt on the 930 model, or a 200mm wide belt on the smaller 920, to the cutting area of the machine. The variable speed belts and scimitar blades determine the first cutting dimension of your required final product size. Optional fixed width circular blade sets (6 – 30mm) are fitted to give the second dimension. Additional, a 1 dimensional version of the 930 is available for the dedicated slicing of product, this model is fitted with a discharge conveyor in place of the circular knife head.
