The Bridge Con-Vey Slitter has been designed for the inline cutting of fresh or cooked products into strips. Interchangeable knife shaft assemblies allow for the cutting of different width strips. Knife shafts are available from 1/4” – 1” wide with custom spacing available on request. Product is placed or transferred onto the stainless steel wire belt infeed conveyor and is transported through the knife assemblies. Product is discharged onto a neoprene conveyor for transfer to downstream equipment. Machines are available with belt widths of 12”, 18”, 24”, 30” and 36”. Variable speed drive and hydraulic drive models are also available.
